Smoking outside is welcome but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. \- Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the house in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: soiled rugs, stained/marked walls, moldy dishes, pet stains, trash scattered, etc.). The decor was super cool and gave the whole place a fun, unique energy. The house had everything we needed—plenty of space for our group, a great pool to relax by, and even kayaks for a little adventure. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel extra welcoming. The location was perfect for heading to the parks, which we did, but it was also nice just hanging out at the house and enjoying the amenities. I wanted a fun place that was still close by to bring us together and allow us to spend time with each other while enjoying ourselves. This home provided the perfect environment for what I had envisioned! Joel was super attentive and helpful! We laughed, played, made memories and became a closer family over the last four days in the house. It was decorated in a very 50s retro style and even included a coffee syrup bar! The host was very responsive and left a welcome basket for us on our arrival. It's about 30 minutes from Disney and 15 from universal. It was perfect for my teens because they each had their own room. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Orlando. ##### erin C.
