Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
The house had dirty utensils with jelly like substance on them in the clean drawer. This was very unsanitary with Covid cases on the rise. The check in process at the gate is horrible. Waited about an hour to get a pass to get in the resort. Horrible experience!
Stayed 1 night in Oct 2023
