Very clean, spacious for 6 adults and a two year old. There was a kids tables, books, stroller and everything needed for a toddler. We were with 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom and Epcot. A super Walmart and Target are very nearby. The pool and hot tub were heated per request and an added bonus after a long day of fun at the parks. The host Robert and Dawnmaire were so attentive to our needs. There had been a storm just before our arrival with tripped the Keypad, AC and Spa heater. Robert was quick to respond and reboot the system. He continued to check on us to make sure our needs were met. We were very comfortable and will be back again! On another note, the only disadvantage was that on the departure it indicates to remove blankets and pillow cases from all the bedrooms and the towels to be place in the laundry room ( we do pay a cleaning fee).
