Au delà des attentes

La maison s'est avérée être au delà de nos attentes. Les chambres étaient confortables, propres, décorées dans les moindres détails. Nous étions 13 personnes et nous avions amplement d'espace. Emplacement idéal pour les activités que nous avons faites ( Disney, Universal, Legoland, Cocoa Beach et Cap Canaveral). Nous étions à proximité d'un Walmart pour les achats de tous les jours. Nous avons adoré notre expérience !

Very family-friendly home for all ages! The pool and hot tub were delightful, and there's a locking gate if you have little ones. The theming was charming, and the costumes were so much fun! The wide variety of sizes and styles of costumes was thoughtful and appreciated. So much attention to detail was provided in the design and the amenities. The combination theater and game room was quite popular, and so we'll done. Communication with the host and property manager was great. Overall, excellent and highly recommended!

Absolutely the BEST place to stay near Disney/ Universal. Every room is decorated (even the adult rooms!!! - yes we adults can be immersed too).The attention to detail is amazing. Each theme has costumes to fit the smallest toddler to a large adult. I highly recommend staying here. You may not want to leave- it’s so fun.

We have stayed at both of Janalynn's properties and were very impressed with the detail she has poured into these properties. We will be staying here again in the future. We stayed for 6 nights and went to 4 parks during this stay and we had a blast. The only thing we will do differently is stay longer to allow a rest day between each park visit. Trust me neither the kids or adults will suffer from boredom as these properties are packed full of fun right there in the house. Jannalynn is an amazing host and strives to make you stay as magical as possible.

House is amazing and all the kids from 4 to 14 enjoyed their themed rooms, costumes that we all dressed in and the wonderful pool. The house allows everyone at different age groups even the adults to enjoy. The decor, cleanliness and even the communication with host is second to noon. Family Vacation

We stayed at this home as a family of 15! We had three babies, one toddler, one child and 8 adults. The property was unreal! It was so clean and stocked with so much to do. Our kids enjoyed the house just as much as the parks. They played, swam, relaxed and had a fantastic time. This house truly is decorated and is an immersive experience! We would recommend this property to anyone. Extremely close to the parks, Walmart and Starbucks.

Unforgettable experience!

The moment the adults stepped into this vacation villa, they were transformed back to their childhood. The children were overwhelmed with joy and excitement. There is something new to be discovered behind every door, around every corner, and in each nook and cranny of this place. Dreams do come true, even for adults!

This was the best kept secret of a lifetime. The adults were shocked, the kids were in disbelief and my heart was full. I was the only one who saw the online pictures. I’m so glad I kept it a secret. Everyone’s faces made the entire long week worth it. Everyday we played, dressed up (even the adults), swam and sat in the hot tub to ease those aching muscles. This home was beyond what the pictures even show. If you’re on the fence, book the house. It was better than any of the parks !!! Can’t wait to book again. The ease of everything from check in, the stay to check out was wonderful and the owner was amazing.

A Beautiful Disney Playhouse

The home was stocked with everything you could think of. It even had a wheel chair which was perfect for my mother to go with us to the theme parks. The Most Magical Disney House

From the moment you enter this house, you are transformed into another universe. You will be in awe of the amount of detail that went into making this house such a special place. Every room is Disney themed with 10/10 detail and includes a closet full of costumes to go with that theme with sizes for everyone. My kids are 6, 16, 20, 21 & 24 and they all had such a fun time dressing up taking photos and videos. This house is perfect for any age, and if you’re a kid at heart who loves Disney then you will especially love this place. Made our stay magical and was worth every penny!

Birthday Bash

When we walked up to the home the outside was deceiving. Don’t get me wrong, the neighborhood is well kept….yards are nicely mowed, folks walking the dogs along the sidewalks, etc. But as we pulled into the driveway we were not “WOWED”. Wellll, let me tell you…that changed the moment we stepped into the home and cut off the alarm! First off, I felt instant security walking into the home with the alarm . Then secondly and most importantly my baby girl (who was celebrating her 5 1/2 year old birthday) ran in literally screaming at the top of her lungs at all the wonder you experience upon walking in the house. All the detail you give to each room is amazing. The way not only is each room themed, but the additional toys and outfit changes (can we talk about how many outfit changes happened over the last week??!!) enhanced our experiences every single day. The pool was incredible and the night time undersea light show made us feel like we had our own private theme park. We absolutely loved the home and will bring even more family members with us the next time. Having some matter of fact things around the house like the strollers, boogie boards for the water, coolers for the parks and multiple washer/dryers all made it even more convenient. Thank you for your contribution to our awesome Summer of 24 family vacay/ 1/2 birthday celebration!

Spectacular!!!

Incredible house! Pictures don’t do it justice! We brought our 7 grandkids (ages 1-15), and they thought it was better decorated than Disney/Universal! They said they had more fun there than at the theme parks. Their imaginations soared! The owners attention to detail wasn’t lost on us! Our teens were mesmerized by the Harry Potter room, our 6-10 year olds went nuts over the Star Wars rooms and our littles loved the playhouse room and all the toys! Our little girls felt like princesses in the Cinderella room with lots of pics of the glass slipper! Our 3 year old learned to swim here this week! Even the adults enjoyed dressing up in the costumes and taking pictures! The kitchen was well equipped to cook and feed our crew! This would be such a great house for a children’s birthday party sleepover! Locals should take advantage of using this amazing playhouse! Thank you for all of our cherished family memories at this fun house!

They didn't want to leave

The pictures are very accurate. So is the description of the nearest Wal-Mart. When we were not at the park (strollers and the wagon came in handy), the kids were in the pool (thank god for the life vests that are available in all sizes) or fighting over who got to wear the pink dress (we had to hide a few). We spent our nights cuddled up to watch movies on the big screen. Had a hard time leaving. Appreciative of all the extras that most places do not have. Can't wait to come back.

Magical family experience and stay

Our family was transformed into an immersive world and experience. We wanted the kids to feel like they are enjoying Disney without needing to go to Disney World. This house was perfect.
