My disappointment was the couch and master bedroom comforter. The couch was covered with a pad or tarp which made me cringe. The master bedroom comforter was either old or on the cheaper side. The condo was not cleaned very well with the floors leaving our feet black and the lamps having a good half inch of dust on them. The beds and couch were all very firm. There were ashes all over the tables on the back porch. the floor in the living area had food all under the coffee table. I had to sweep the place before we could walk around without shoes. There was a dirty paper towel that had been waded up on the island in the kitchen that had hardened to the counter top. The broom and mop was propped against the wall by the door. the dryer alarm was going off and nothing was in it. All of this just made me feel like no one had cleaned or had attempted to start cleaning and just never came back. Plus we didn't get to our room until 1 am from our flight landing an hour late.
