A comfortable Villa in La Zenia area with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool, garden, solarium.
Located in a quiet area but one step to everything.
3 minutes drive from Zenia Boulevard, 7 minutes driving from Zenia Beach, 2 minutes from bars, restaurants, pharmacy, banks, supermarket, go karts, 3 golf courses (Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Lomas de Campoamor).
40 minutes driving from Alicante Airpot and 45 minutes from Murcia Airport.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and one with 2 singles bed and we have available a sofabed in the lounge, the property has around 100m2 and a plot size of 500m2.
On the plot, you can enjoy a 7,5x4mts swimming pool with a garden and terrace, and a large solarium with sea views.
The rental price doesn't include the cleaning fee (150€) and the security deposit of 400€ both payable upon arrival in cash.
