Hotel not what was advertised.

"Very disappointing. Hotel deceptive on booking site as many facilities offered were not available. Definitely not ‘Nature’ Hotel. Hotel old building on busy road being renovated and was not finished. Rooms small and hot. Reception was 1k away. No staff on site except breakfast cook who could not speak English. Breakfast on first day was preprepared. Nowhere to leave bags after checkout. Towels thin and old. No bedside lamps, no kettle, no onsite cafe. However staff at reception were helpful and made numerous trips to hotel to solve problems, and Finnish cook on site did his best as well.staff went above and beyond their roles to try to make stay pleasant despite problems.
