PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH OUR DESCRIPTION TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF ANY RULES/FEES/ADVISE/AMMENTIES. Just steps away from the NUMBER 2 BEACH IN THE WORLD: EAGLE BEACH! This 2 bedroom condo is the perfect accommodation for 6 guests. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom, are fully airconditioned, have great closet space and each bedroom has it's own TV. The master bedroom also has a balcony with great garden view. The master bedroom has a sleep sofa and the other bedroom has an additional bed in the room (see photos). The large living area is fully airconditioned as well so you can cool down after a long day sunbathing at the beach. There is a nice dining area for you to enjoy your meals at home. Our condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, gas stove, pots and pans, microwave, coffeemaker, and blender, anything you need to comfortably prepare meals, it's there! As you can see in our photos, our condo has been newly refurbished and painted and everything is BRAND NEW. From the moment you drive up to the automated fence and park into your own private parking spot, you are steps away from your own private front patio with BBQ area. You ALSO have a patio in the back with a nice table to dine outside and your patio overlooks a beautiful and serene garden. From your garden you walk in about 40 steps to the community pool. The pool is beautiful and fresh and has lots of seats around the pool, as well as tables and chairs in the shade under a cabana. During the night, there is security at the condominium and we also have a safe so you can store your valuables. We are masters in cleanliness, so this condo is spotless. We have a washer and dryer for you at our condo so you can pack light. Did we already mention we have very nice and comfortable Tommy Bahama beach chairs? This saves you a bundle on beach chair rentals. We also have a cooler for you and beach towels, as well as bath towels. Our condo is only a minute walk to Eagle Beach and the Alahambra Casino with a great mall with restaurants, coffeeshops, spa's and anything you need. You are a 2 minute drive away from Aruba's largest supermarket SUPERFOOD, We have been a Premier Partner on Homeaway for over 10 years now, so you will be in good hands with the Marin Family! IMPORTANT NOTES: Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $180 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location. We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy. The only two areas that weren’t our favorite were the pool, which wasn’t quite clean enough for us to use (not a big deal since we enjoyed the beach instead), and the parking, which is definitely tight for larger vehicles.Overall, though, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again.
