This direct Gulf-front 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to 7 guests. The primary suite features a plush king bed, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is designed with versatility in mind, offering a cozy queen bed with a twin-size trundle—perfect for families or groups. There is also a full bathroom with access to both the second bedroom and hall for guests. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a queen sofa sleeper.

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, Sunswept 203 puts you close to some of the area’s best attractions. Sunswept has an easy, short walk for groceries or other conveniences right across the street with a very close pedestrian walkway and traffic light to use. This low density resort, offers one of the best pools along the coast. The large pool area and beach proximity cannot be beaten. Photos on-line showed 2 beds in 2nd room. We got one bed with a trundle? Would not have rented knowing this.. Light from street shined in 2nd room all night no curtains to close out light. Floors not clean. Sewer smell in condo the whole time. On the plus side, pool was beautiful and condo was right on the beach.

Construction

They were roofing the complex so some of the parking lot was blocked off, scaffolding and the hallway from elevator retained water. They placed a piece of wood over the water, kind of helped. The unit itself was good, clean and plenty of room for us. The complex had a nice pool and beach area.

Unit in massive need of work

We loved the area, property manager. The unit is fine for 4 people and no more. The pull out sofa was so horrible that we had to use every cushion available to stuff under it. The guest bathroom tub took at least 15 mins after shower to drain. Had to wait at least 15 mins between showers to get hot water. The AC unit was terrifyingly loud every time it came on. Like a huge slam of metal. Many outlets were loose. Again the sun swept grounds were beautiful, the management was beyond pleasant but unit just needs lots of work. Floors left feet black on 1st day

The experience was very good. The cleanliness is the only negative thing I have to say as soon as we walked in sand was everywhere on the floor and the air filter was absolutely nasty causing the air the smell like mildew. But other than that the experience was great

Nice, Clean, and Perfect Size!

We had a great time staying in Orange Beach. This condo was clean and well maintained, the location was perfect! The beach and pool were very accessible and well kept. The outlets in the condo were a little concerning as non of our chargers stayed in them and one behind the master bedroom bed was hanging out of the wall. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Be prepared to bring your own dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towel as there was not enough for us. The washer and dryer was amazing and worked well, just be sure to bring laundry soap and dryer sheets. Overall this place was great for us and we will be back! Thank you for an amazing vacation, we made a lot of great memories!

Perfect beach trip

The condo was VERY clean... and I am a stickler on this. The view was great. Had issues with our air one afternoon and the problem was solved within an hour! Great service. Highly recommend this condo.

Beach front

The managing company had very helpful people at the front desk. Love the location, it was just steps away from the beach, we will stay here again. My only complaints are that the pool closes at 10pm while the other condo next door stays open til mid night. When we got there the light in the hall was burnt out as well a lamp in the master which is your only light. The first room was pretty warm and the fan barely worked (wouldn’t go past low which was slower then low) we had to go buy a box fan. The first room also only had blinds which at night the lights from the outside shined in the room. Also many of the plugs were so loose you could plug anything into it. Other then those things it was wonderful.
