Summer House has many amenities to keep the whole family busy including a split-level outdoor and indoor heated pool, hot tub, onsite fitness center, tennis courts, putting green, and basketball court. This unit is in the heart of Orange Beach just steps from the complex pool and beach boardwalk. Walk into this beautifully decorated three-bedroom condo with updated kitchen. The specular well-equipped kitchen is open to the dining and living area. Dining area has table for six with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. The inviting living room has access to the private patio. Spend leisurely days on the private patio just steps from the complex pool. Take in the salty air while dining on the patio with a outdoor table perfect for six. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom which features a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and third bedroom has two twin size beds. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. The Bed Set Up: Master: King Bed Guest Bedroom: 2 Double Beds Guest Bedroom: 2 Twins You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. The complex allows only 2 vehicles. You must park in front of Building A. Parking spots are on a first come, first serve basis. Please fill out all the information on the parking pass in order to keep from ticketing/towing. The pass must be displayed and visible on your dashboard. No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite. For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests. The Neighborhood: Summer House located on the emerald waters of Alabama's Gulf Coast in Orange Beach. The beach front condominium is a short walk from area restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Area restaurants include CoastAL, Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Café, The Gulf, Zeke's Marina, Southern Grind Coffee and much more. Adventure Island is less than a mile away and Waterville is only six miles away. Guest Access: Upon entering Summer House, there will be a gate. Put your gate code in and building A is the building to the left (east). Park and this unit is on the first floor, 103A. Enter your code and go in the room. There will be parking passes left in the condo for you. Place these in your vehicles. There is a limit of 2 vehicles and parking passes are $53 per pass. I have been to previous condos and I must say this one was well cleaned! When we arrive two of the lightbulbs in the bedrooms were out & maintenance came over the next day to replaced. We had lamps in the room so not a biggie. The condo says it sleeps 10, false. It only sleeps 8 and no pull out sleeper sofa. The dinning table needs to be replaced most of the legs are loose. The couches are really hard and can use an upgrade. Some electrical outlets in the living room are loose , careful with little ones. A day before leaving the light bulb in living room went out but we didn’t bother in reporting since that was our last night there. Being on the first floor was such a nice perk with easy access to the pool and beach. One very important thing the sliding door is super hard to close. It only had a handle on the inside and regardless you have to pull super hard to get it to shut close. If you have little one be careful as there is a ledge at the sliding door that can be a big fall waiting to happen. Stagger showers as the hot water runs out by like the 3-4 person. Although there was some cons the condo cleanness made it worth it. VHC please look into these issues and your condo will be perfect. ##### Lisbeth E.
