Phoenix West 904 Our condo is on the 9th floor and has unreal views of the gulf!! in a perfect position overlooking the Gulf, whether from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. Nearly 2,000 sq. feet, the condo is large and newly furnished as of 5/15/21. Amenities: Our unit has a wet bar with wine cooler, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room with additional flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms. We also have a keyless entry lock on the front door so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with keys during your stay!! Laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. There are two master bedrooms with King beds, the third bedroom has two Queen beds and there are two sleeper sofa queens in the living room for sleeping up to 12. There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated indoor swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, fitness center, four saunas, and roof-top tennis courts. We also have the condo next door should you need more space for larger groups and families. Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). The location, the condo size, the decor, the beds, the view, the pool, the lazy River, the indoor pool, the weight room, the parking garage, the kitchen - it was all amazing and we didn’t want to leave!
