  • **The Lazy River and Slide will be closed from October 20th to November 20th for repairs. From November 23rd to December 23rd the Outdoor pool and kiddie pool will be closed**

    Our condo is on the 9th floor and has unreal views of the gulf!! in a perfect position overlooking the Gulf, whether from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. Nearly 2,000 sq. feet, the condo is large and newly furnished as of 5/15/21.



    Amenities: Our unit has a wet bar with wine cooler, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room with additional flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms. We also have a keyless entry lock on the front door so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with keys during your stay!!



    Laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. There are two master bedrooms with King beds, the third bedroom has two Queen beds and there are two sleeper sofa queens in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



    There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated indoor swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, fitness center, four saunas, and roof-top tennis courts.



    We also have the condo next door should you need more space for larger groups and families.



    Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

This property was spacious but needs work. Linens, furniture, kitchen accessories all need to be replaced. Furniture was falling apart and the bed linens and bath linens all need to be replaced. The location and view were perfect but would definitely like to see updates to the condo. Especially for the price you pay for the week.

Our Family Getaway

Four families stayed together in P104. The condo was perfect; beautiful, emaculate and comfortable. We loved the lazy river. Every amenity we needed was available. We will definitely be returning.

Very nice condo. The layout was great. There were several bathrooms, so others were not disturbed if they were sleeping in, and someone else was getting ready. The dual keurig sealed the deal!

Great Stay!

There were 9 of us ranging in ages from 9 months to 71 years old and we all had a great time! The condo was exactly as advertised. We loved being right on the beach. We also enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony. The pool and lazy river were a lot of fun. We would definitely go back!

Great time

This property was everything we could have hoped for. This condo was so nice and spacious we never felt on top of one another with three families staying together. It was our first time as a group to stay here and we are already planning on coming back next year. The only down fault is the elevators but we could over look that for the amazing time we had.

Much needed family time

Property was everything that was in the description. Enjoyed having my coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise and listening to the ocean. Our 1st morning we were so lucky to see some dolphins. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the whole set up of the condo.

Amazing! Best beach house we’ve ever stayed in!

We were 4 adults and 3 kids. We have stayed at US beach houses from Texas to Florida to Alabama and this is hands down the best one! The location, the condo size, the decor, the beds, the view, the pool, the lazy River, the indoor pool, the weight room, the parking garage, the kitchen - it was all amazing and we didn’t want to leave! We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay last week - the unit was clean and perfectly fit our family - the location was ideal, right next to the beach - our granddaughters loved the pools and the lazy river feature, plus the area provided many nearby activities for the kids - the staff were very professional and helpful - We would recommend this place for a fun family trip especially for families with small children

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only complaint I have is there was not even one back up garbage bag. I would also leave at least 2 packs of laundry and dishwasher detergent b/c these are things people forget to pack. Everything else was a plus for sure! Very nice property.

Only issue was the lazy river had lots of trash in it a couple of days and it was hard to be “lazy” with all the kids kicking you as they swam and played in the lazy river. It’s was jusy horrible. 904 needs to be unavailable to rent until things are cleaned. Carpets are so nasty. No good cookware. We couldn’t wash clothes due to washer wouldn’t get clothes cleaned and dryer wouldn’t dry them. Sheets wouldn’t stay on bed and bed covers are old. We all were so disappointed and couldn’t wait to leave.

OBA Never Disappoints!

We travel to OBA several times a year and have never been disappointed. We always stay at a Phoenix property and they are always perfect. My only negative comment is that I reached out via the message board to the property manager a couple of days before our trip regarding adding a night and didn’t get a reply. Not good customer service.

Nice place

This unit is exactly as described on the website very clean the location was good, nice balcony overlooking the water The pillows and mattress were pretty uncomfortable but not horrible if you have a nice mattress at home you will be missing it by the end of the week they need to stock the kitchen with more plates// coffee cups etc we were a party of 3 couples and found ourselves having to run the dishwasher multiple times. All minor issues that should not deter you from renting this unit
