Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Unit was clean and looked good. Faucet in the master shower wouldn’t turn to hot(so only lukewarm water there) management sent someone over to check it out and said it was fixed. It worked one time then back as it was only lukewarm. TV in living area was dark on one side. Management brought a new one. YOu need to put grab bars up in the showers. My party was all in their seventies, and getting in and out of the showers was extremely difficult and in the shower it was hard to turn around and such without the fear of falling.
