The kitchen is well equipped with everything guests will need to cook up a magnificent feast. Alternatively, you can use the suite's free WiFi to research the many restaurants in close proximity.     Things to Know

    Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Perfect Spring Break

Absolute perfect spot on the beach . The pool was right under our condo and we could watch our kids all 3 are 11-11-12 swim and play without us hovering. The indoor pool was warm and perfect for the day it was rainy and windy . We would definitely stay here again. Only downside was the lack of an elevator and having to carry everything up and down . All and all great stay . Close to everything

Mardi Gras stay

The location is great central to activities, beach, restsurants and shopping. The bed was not comfortable, the topper prevents the fitted sheets from staying on and the blanket was too small for a king bed. It was clean but unless the bed issues are addressed I wouldn’t stay here again.

Elevators Out of Order

The elevator was out almost all week. It was very hard to climb up and down the stairs to the beach/pool areas and to check out when our elevator was out of order.

Condo was as pictured and beds were comfortable; however, it was not well stocked. There was nothing to wash dishes with (no sponges or dish rags). No blankets anywhere in the condo. Had issues with all three outside doors that needed repairs during our stay.

Condo 3304

The room was great, everything as it was listed. Our only issue was the key bad entry, the door sticks. After traveling 9 hours and having to deal with trying to get in the condo wasn't what we expected. The manager was great as far as assisting in helping. The rooms were great, very nice.

Construction Noise

There are repairs going on at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club. The noise was deafening. We had to leave the condo everyday. I do not recommend staying at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club until the repairs are completed.

Looks can be deceiving!

Very disappointed! The pictures of the property are outdated and not what I was expecting. The property was not clean. The floors were dirty, there was mold on the shower curtains and stains on the couch and chair.

Overall good but a few things

The condo sleeps 6 but only had 4 bath towels. Wasnt planning on having to do laundry while there for 3 nights. The dishwasher had standing water that had been there for awhile. Reached out to Property manager and they responded right away aw right away.

Pretty Condo

Very pretty inside and a gorgeous view of the Gulf. My friend says the Master BR has a thick topper over the king size mattress and you roll to the center. Fitted sheets will not stay on. 2nd BR the bottom fuller size bunk was very comfortable for me. Condo vendors came to the door on two different days. I felt uncomfortable about that.

Pros: location, updated furniture, very comfortable beds, pool cleanliness, water pressure in shower, communication from texting service, on property staff were kind and knowledgeCons: on the way down to our location we randomly saw the listing mentions no children (this is not accurate, kids were all over the property but it did give us a scare), unable to even access the property until 4pm (this is unlike anything we’ve ever experienced at other resorts and we were told our room did not allow this, not the resort itself), the front door entry sequence is complex (enter code, turn latch, turn knob), the floors and rugs were very dirty (black feet after walking on them), vent in the living room was covered with close to an inch of dust, the front door stop was held up by tape, the master balcony door handle was falling off (it was unusable), the remote for the TV in the master bedroom doesnot work (we used the living room TV remote for the master), the fitted sheet in the master does not fit the bed (it came off with every turn), there is not a way to fill up the tub for a bath (only a shower), ice maker will make about 10 pieces in a day Some of these cons really only impacted our family because we had kids with us (unable to access the facility prior to check in, no tub, difficult opening door as you need two hands to do so and one was holding a child). The biggest con was the cleanliness of the room.

Our family would definitely stay here again! It was a very easy walk to the pool and beach. Condo is clean with comfy furniture and plenty of cookware. The balcony does overlook the pool, so it’s not exactly private. But the good news is that security comes to lock up the pool right at 10pm, so noise was not a problem while we slept.

Great condo .

This is a great condo for a couple or a family with 2 children. It’s convenient to pool and beach overlooking both and easy access to stairs. If you are trying to avoid noise and have a “ quiet” summer vacay then this one may need to be on your winter vacay schedule. It faces the pool and there lots of pool noise. If you are a parent of a preteen- teen that wants freedom but you still want to keep an eye on then this is your place. Very well decorated!! AC worked great!!
