Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a complex located on the lovely beaches of Orange Beach, Alabama. Unit 2101 is a lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath condo on the ground floor of one of the Tennis Villas. The unit sleeps four (4) using the queen sofa bed. It is located across from the two Tennis Courts. Although this unit does not have a beach view you can still hear and smell the gulf surf and the gulf breezes. This unit is well furnished with all the essential needs for a wonderful time at the beach. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. All bath towels and linens are provided. Guests must bring their own beach towels. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach during the late Spring and Summer months.
*All kitchen, laundry, and bathroom products are the responsibility of the guest.
*Parking fee is $50 per vehicle for up to one month. There is a one car limit for this unit from Memorial Weekend though Labor Day. If your stay is longer than one month, a second pass must be purchased. Pass is purchased at the Guard Shack as you enter the complex by Credit or Debit Card only.
*NO EARLY ENTRIES. Check-in is at 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
*This is a non-smoking complex and a non-smoking unit, and a pet free unit.
*There are security cameras throughout the property including at the pools.
*First Responders with proof of identity get one free parking certificate. Reservation must be in First Responders name. No exceptions.

Girls Trip

First time to Orange Beach and the condo was perfect for the two of us. Close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores. Pool was nice and relaxing and beach was beautiful!

We loved the location of being footsteps to the beach! It got noisy at times outside during our stay but other than that our stay was good. Our kiddos loved the indoor pool because it was cool while we were there.

Perfect Size/for a couple

Perfect Size for a short stay. Not too far of a walk to beach/pool. I really liked being able to park at the front door. Condo is a little dated. Bed was comfortable. The cleanliness was not that great - especially the bathroom!

Weekend in Gulf Shores

I visited Gulf Shores for the weekend with my partner and another couple. Having access to the beach and pool was amazing for our trip! My partner and I got to Gulf Shores after our friends so we ended up on the pull out. It was not as comfy as the bed but still comfortable enough to spend a couple nights on. The check in/out process was easy and it was really convenient to have in unit laundry for sandy beach clothes. Thank you for hosting!

Great Place for single family!

We had a great time at this condo! We had everything we needed and the condo was clean. My only complaint is the main entry door did not have a deadbolt or lock from the inside and my two year old could open the door. We had to leave a cooler in front of the door the whole stay. Otherwise, I had no issues with the condo!

Nice place just not clean

Everything was nice about the property, except for the floors were dirty. There was seashells still on the floor from previous guest. There were two dead cockroaches on the floor one in the kitchen one in the bathroom, the cable box and the TV in the master bedroom would not work correctly had to get up and manually change it, ran out of toilet paper in the unit was afraid to use the stove or oven so I wouldn’t get charged the fees for cleaning. Says it sleeps, but only had two pillows for the entire unit. Luckily there were only two of us, but if there were more, make sure you bring your own pillow. Open the sleeper sofa for my daughter to sleep on and when we did, the mattress topper on the sleeper sofa had dirt on top of it we had to clean it off Before we put the sheets on it so she wasn’t sleeping in dirt.

Overall a great family friendly beach stay. The only thing i did not like or agree with was the 50 parking pass you are required to pay when you arive i feel like that should have been included or even added into the rental.
