IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES Phoenix on the Bay I offers spectacular waterfront views and fabulous amenities including a lazy river, kiddie pool, zero-entry pool, pickleball court, indoor heated pool and hot tubs, tennis courts and grilling area. Two parking spaces are available for this property. Parking passes must be purchased at the Front Desk upon your arrival and must be displayed in your vehicle at all times. You may also bring your boat! Boat slips are available to rent during your stay. The slips will accommodate up to a 60ft boat! For pricing and availability of a boat slip, please contact the front desk at Phoenix on the Bay. There are also spaces available for your trailer. However, the spaces cannot be reserved in advance as they are available on a first come, first serve basis. MONTHLY RENTALS This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February. RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY Our Guest-friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee.
