The staff was good, the place was good, all the other things were good, but the Thalassery restaurant had fewer people in the staff; the staff member who was taking the order was the one who was preparing it. I think he might be getting a salary for waiter and chef both! Therefore, the wait for breakfast doubled; it took an hour for the order to come to the table. Also, one thing is that the restaurant is inside the hotel, and breakfast starts at 8.30 am not sharp.

Just ok

The hotel is not a 3 star as mentioned on hotels.com May be 1 star or 1.5 star. Hotels mostly caters to groups. No cleaning service or any room service. Staff is friendly though. Location is good if you have a vehicle. Restaurent food is ok but doesnt have much choices.

I don’t recommend this hotel as the room service was terrible, we booked for three nights, had to check out early because of the poor room service. Smelly toilets, broken corners, not working tv and many more horrible experience
