The room was very big and the view of the ocean was great. The problems were: The cold and hot water in the bathroom sink was very pressure. The hot water was very slow to get hot in the bathroom and kitchen.
The door to the balcony did not lock. The security hook worked but the door would not close entirely.

I didn’t have a beach view once checked in even though I was informed I would have one.
The A/C was down the first night BUT thanks to MAINTENANCE before and after bringing me a fan! overall 7/10.

Our room was not very clean. Found a pill on the floor in the bedroom from former guest. Bathroom was not really clean and the floor needed more attention. Towels were under the bathroom cabinet instead of on the rack. One staff member in particular was quite rude, barking out information as I was trying to have a conversation with the desk attendant.
