We enjoyed the property so much. It was a wonderful spot to bring our dog. They have everything you need there! It was so close to the college track with everything so handy. The large jet tub was a perfect ending to a chilly day at the track. Hostess was so kind and communicative. Very pleased! If you’re considering this property - do it!

Perfect
House was perfect for two families to share who both have players at all star village. Each was able to have their own bathroom and private sleeping floor and then share the living spaces. It was clean and decorated lovely.

Nice house and location
Very close to Cooperstown All Star Village. The property was nice, well maintained and lot of room for a couple families to stay! The property manager was quick to respond and helpful whenever we needed.

We needed a place near Oneonta and Cooperstown to visit friends. Great location and access to nearby towns via backroads. Beautiful natural setting! Owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. Would totally stay again when we come up to see family.

We stayed at this home when our son was participating in the Cooperstown dreams Park experience. The home was spacious and clean, dog friendly. About 20 minutes from CDP. Would definitely recommend for a family.

Great place!
Was perfect for the whole family to stay and relax during a baseball tournament. Plenty of space inside and out. Home was very clean and owner was very responsive to any questions! Would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay near Oneonta!
I loved staying at this property. Melissa was very considerate and made sure we had everything we needed. Great communication! It was a big home and had everything necessary for us to stay and be comfortable!

Family Weekend Get Away
We truly enjoyed our quick trip to Laurens and a peaceful stay at this home. A great get away with our own space but close enough to all locations. Very clean and accommodating home. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

The house and property were beautiful. Very clean, everything marked, which was a great help. It wasn't dog friendly for our dogs. The hardwood floors were to slippery. They kept falling. The steps into the house were steep for our dogs. It was convenient to everything including family. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very helpful.

Great Place to Stay
The property was the best place to have a small family reunion. Everything in the house was labeled and east to find with PLENTY of activities to keep the kids busy. The location was a short drive to our local family members home and made it easy to travel back and forth. Melissa wa more than helpful our whole stay and I'd lo love to make a trip there again!

Clean, private, and spacious plus huge backyard
This house was perfect for our stay. It was close to Oneonta (5 miles), out in the country in the mountains with a fabulous view, had a huge secluded backyard which was perfect for kids and dogs, lots of room inside the house…loved the big dining room table and full basement, lots of amenities, would stay again. Highly recommmend.

Better than expected. The pictures don't really show how good the space is. Very roomy, plenty of beds, and a huge yard that our pups loved running around in. We didn't get to use the grill because it was pretty rainy, but we did use the outdoor firepit - which is a nice bonus. There's not a lot of dishware, so if you're a larger group, might need to plan for extras, and there's only a keurig coffee maker. Barely used the large finished basement. We didn't have any kids along, but all the outlets were child proofed, and there was a high chair in the corner of the kitchen if someone needs it. Close to the very beautiful Gilbert Lake State park, and many other parks around Oneonta.

We stayed at this property for Oneonta family weekend. It was close to campus (needed to drive) and very spacious. Six of us plus two dogs had plenty of room. Communication with property manager was great!!!!

Baseball Family Trip
We had a fantastic stay during our AllStar Village trip. The property is huge and the sunsets at the top of the hill were amazing. The house was tidy and well kept. Kitchen was well equipped as we made meals daily. The whirlpool tub was a favorite especially after climbing all those hills (IYKYK). Kids enjoyed the space in the basement as well as the outdoors, exploring the yard and making s’mores by the fire! We were less than 10 min away from ASV, a short drive to town, Cooperstown and local breweries. If you’re not doing the baseball thing, it’s a quiet property to just relax and enjoy! Highly recommend.

Great home for Cooperstown Dreams
We were in town for Baseball at Cooperstown Dreams park. The home is about a 20 min drive from Dreams and about 30 min from Cooperstown. The home is very clean and updated. It seems like the basement was recently redone.. or finished because it looked brand new. Great home and great price. Easily can accommodate 10 people.

Fantastic rental
I contacted Melissa to rent this property for the July 4th weekend for my tournament baseball team. From the beginning, the communication between us was outstanding and she answered every question quickly. The property itself was clean, had plenty of room and the amenities were outstanding. We had nine adults and one infant and we had room to spare. Melissa even provided a portable crib for the infant! 10 out of 10 we would stay here again and may make it our go to rental for our Cooperstown tournament!

Great spot for a home base
Melissa the property contact was incredibly response and went out of the way to accommodate our needs. Plenty of room, clean house, nice big yard that unfortunately we were not able to enjoy much due to our schedules. I'd definitely book this property again should we need to be back in the area.

We loved it!
This house was very clean and big enough to sleep 9. There was so much room especially in the living room and basement. Kitchen was great too. We were only there one night but it was so convenient to SUNY Oneonta for our son's graduation. Wish I had found it 4 years ago as we would have stayed there many times if we had. It was perfect for what we needed! I forgot to buy soap for the shower, not thinking ahead, so remember that.

Beyond my expectations!
This property is absolutely beautiful!!!! Its perfect for the price and you have more then enough space! Some friends in our party got into an accident and we were allowed to extend our stay an extra day with no issues. The host was very accommodating and understanding. I will definitely be using this for future uses and sharing with those I know. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and safe. Please make sure if you are driving it the winter Oneonta is very much hills and there are no streets lights at night. The drive can be a little farther from the main town, but that’s all I would “complain”about. I would love to come back in the summer :)

The only criticism would be the pots and pans with all of the non-sticks material was all peeling off and the sulfur smell from the water was unbearable other than these to issues and from a price point is well appointed for the nightly rate. Eric was very helpful since I had a problem with my car lastly although listed has having a garage for which was one of the reason for which I had rented this house but unfortunately the garage door was not working and the door weight a tone.

Perfect for quiet getaway
House is clean and well appointed. The yard is spacious enough for little ones to run around safely. Eric was kind enough to lend us sleds, to our children's delight. And he was up early to shovel snow off the path for us. Great spot for some relaxation. I liked that that living room had lots of big windows for us to enjoy the snowfall.

The house was great. My friends and I had a great time! The house was well kept and clean. It has Large amount of space and beautiful views especially at winter time when it’s snowing. If you’re looking for a house to rent where you can enjoy the outdoors and spend time with friends and/or family this is it. But I would also recommend to add some kind of amenities such as a pool table or ping pong table. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
