Villa with heated pool! Enjoy in beautiful sight to the sea, mountains and river

"Tanja’s villa was absolutely perfect for our family holiday! The location is amazing - quiet, peaceful and only 10 minutes drive from the beautiful town of Omiš, all with stunning views of both the sea and mountains. The villa is spacious, we were there as a group of 6 including teenagers and a young child, and there was plenty of space both indoors and in the outside areas. The pool is incredible, and was the perfect temperature - just slightly heated to take the edge off. We had loads of fun both at the villa and out and about in Omiš and Split, and would absolutely recommend this amazing place to friends and family. Tanja is a friendly and very helpful host who was very attentive and kind, answering any questions we had."

"Wonderful stay in beautiful Stanici at Mateo's place. Amazing space and facilities, Mateo and his family were super helpful and very prompt to respond with any queries sent. Apartment is lovely and spacious, very clean, fabulous pool and roof top balcony. Very close to beach though steep steps to be aware of. Small supermarkets, bakery and restaurant 5 mins walk away. Definitely recommend :)"

"Great boutique hotel, right on the beach and super clean, AC in each room and sitting area. They have an excellent breakfast spread, including coffee, eggs, fruit, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses and more. Onsite parking is limited to 3-4 spots in front of the hotel but there’s more space available ~150 meters away. They also have free sun umbrellas and paddle boards for rent (15EUR 1/2 day). Bar and restaurant in the lobby with seating in the patio as well. Front desk staff is very friendly."

"We loved this property. It’s comfortable and clean, well-equipped and the aircon keeps it lovely and cool. The pool is beautiful, and the hot tub area and fountain make it that little bit more luxurious. The view is gorgeous. Omiš is a fab little town, only a ten minute drive away. It has excellent restaurants and a chilled atmosphere. Pere is a brilliant host, very helpful and friendly."

"Das Grundstück und die Villa sind absolut hervorragend. Selbst in der Outdoorküche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und großzügig angelegt. Der Pool selbst ist auch sehr sauber. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind top sauber. Das Grundstück ist ruhig gelegen, im Poolbereich bekommt man vom Verkehr fast nichts mit. Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Der Tennisplatz ist super, auch mit Flutlicht ausgestattet. Die Angaben von der Gastgeberin stimmen alle mit den Gegebenheiten überein. Laura als unsere Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. An unserem Anreisetag war Feiertag in Kroatien und wir sind spät angekommen, Laura war so lieb, dass sie zuvor für uns einkaufen war. Wir können die Unterkunft, sowie die Gastgeberin einfach nur empfehlen und werden in Zukunft gerne wiederkommen."
