The hotel and room were both clean. We have stayed at this hotel 4 years in a row for this event. I book my room 4 months in advance! This time the breakfast was disappointing, first time this has happened. Food was barely warm even when just brought out. Both days multiple times and people had to find someone to refill items. They were out of eggs, sausage link, potatoes, forks and butter. Had to personally find someone to fill them. Other people had to ask again later. It was odd both Saturday and Sunday were the same breakfast. We have never had that happen that I can recall at a Hampton Inn. Other than the breakfast the stay was great

Clean, comfy beds. Shower pressure was great with a waterfall shower head. Loved the clean brand "Zero %" shampoo and soap. WiFi was good, pool was good. Breakfast was scarce an hour before ending, but gal who was working in the breakfast area was so kind and refilled what we asked for. Quiet stay, easy access. Would stay again.

We’ve stayed here many times and it continues to be our go-to place when in the area. The only downside this time was a very slow drain in the bathroom sink that caused water to back up for a couple minutes. In fairness, we did not let the manager know until we checked out so they didn’t get a chance to fix it during our stay. Hopefully, this will not be a recurring problem.

I requested a handicapped accessible room due to my mom using a wheelchair. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had several choices of cold food as well as a lot of choices for hot food. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I'm ever in the area.

This is a clean, quiet hotel conveniently located near Offut and just off the interstate. Staff is super friendly and helpful, even switching my room at check-in to a room i stayed at before and liked. This is my stop in Omaha when im traveling.

Our over all stay was excellent. If we were to recommend something that needs updated...defiantly the breakfast. The oatmeal was like soup (very watery), the eggs were very tasteless, potatoes dry and way over cooked, the waffle batter was so thin (mine waffle was not at all intacked). However, the ladies who cleaned our rooms were top notch, as well as the lady who works 3-11 made just made our stay excellent! Give those girl a raise!! Thanks it helps us to look at other Hampton Inns more now😊

The breakfast area furniture was very tired looking. The weekend staff in the breakfast room were very slow to refill items such as eggs, coffee and creamers. One of the staff in that area stood and watched the other do all the work.

The pool was so cold that you could not stay in it. Being an indoor pool, I definitely did not anticipate this. This was one of the main reasons that I booked this hotel because I had my five year-old granddaughter and we had planned to spend time in the pool. When I reported this to the front desk, they said “ we’ll have someone look at it tomorrow.” There were several people down in the pool area, and everyone said that it was too cold to swim.
