QUIET Private Midtown blocks UNMC Traveling Nurses minutes to ZOO
- Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home in a very quiet family neighborhood. It offers 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds and light blocking curtains. A nice living room, family room with a 55 inch television, and a pull out twin bed, fully equipt kitchen, a full bathroom. The carpeted unfinished basement offers another family room with a sleeper sofa and front load washer and dryer.
Towels, sheets, blankets dishes, pots, pans, shampoo, soap, coffee, iron and ironing board are provided.
Outside has a fully fenced back yard. There is a patio, with patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors. Less than a block away is a large park and Hyvee Grocery store.
Our home is located near everything a few blocks from the University Medical Center and Clarkson Hospitals, a few minutes to the Univerisity of Nebraska, 5-10 minute drive to Creighton University, Bergan Mercgy and Childrens Hospitals, the Zoo, Charles Schwab ball field, Blackstone District, Baxter Arena, The Old Market, downtown and Aksarben.
