This hotel is right by the interstate so there is some traffic noise but it is very convenient to get back on the road in the morning. There's some remodelling going on but it didn't impact us, as we were only there for one night. It was affordable with comfortable beds, good breakfast and clean. It's best feature, though, is Charles. Charles was at the front desk when we checked in & found we had double-booked rooms. He gave us all the information & phone number to correct the situation & made sure we wouldn't have to pay for the extra room. He was awesome, a definite asset to this hotel. Charles deserves a raise.

Hotel is under new management and the new staff appears to be quite nice and accommodating. Hotel itself has a shabby exterior, but the rooms are clean and the lobby looks to be freshly renovated. Would stay again if in Olympia.

Charles gave us a friendly greeting and made check-in easy. The breakfast was nice and the woman who took care of the breakfast was very friendly and kept the area spotless. Beds were comfortable. And except for the occasional highway truck noises the room was quiet and comfortable.

Front entrance awning construction due to truck accident and under new management sign was a little disconcerting on arrival. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room and good breakfast improved our feeling of the hotel.
