I walked in expecting a comfort Inn. It was pretty rundown, especially on the inside. The carpet and walls were dingy. There were marks on the walls and you could tell whoever did the Maintenance things like painting did a really poor job. The lobby was saturated with Fabuluso floor cleaner smell. I could barely breathe. Inside the room was OK but the hallways and the lobby left a lot to be desired. If this was the last room in the area, I’d probably stay here again. If there was anything else open, though, I’d take my chances there.

I don't know how this has a rating of 8/10. Parking lot was sketchy. Room smelled like something died in it (the staff had actually left the window open after cleaning. The first place that I have ever checked for bed bugs. Glad that we only booked one night.

I only stayed one night for an early morning fishing trip. So, I didn't get to take advantage of much. Location was good. Cleanliness was excellent. Parking was okay. Staff was friendly enough. No complaints.

Honestly, it seemed really kind of ran down. I checked in for my youngest art to six sons birthday party. He wanted a pool party with a few of his families friends and Brother and Sister and the pool was 60°. The kids were freezing, but the staff was very helpful and very understanding. I was told the manager is going to give me a full refund. I’m just hoping that Expedia honors that as well and give me my full refund it. Was it overall. Tell her experience I cried, and so did my autistic son I’m hoping I get my full refund and they honor what they said.

Stayed 2 night with my young kids, beds were old, room was old, hotel is old. Rooms are not deep cleaned well enough, the whole building has a really overwhelming old scent to it. Pool looks dirty and it’s not heated.

Great property hidden in the trees, great breakfast, pool and hot tub area aside from very slippery floors when wet, and a kiddo slipping and falling, was great for the kids and adults to unwind. There was mold in the shower. In the morning I turned on the lamp and the last person to use the room left a pair of socks to dry on the lamp. It was disgusting.. I took photos. The smoke detector was wrapped in plastic.

The staff was friendly and nice for my entire visit. The actual hotel needs renovating and better up keep. The hotel offers shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but I had lotion in the shower instead of soap?? So I was left using harsh bar soap? I ended up using shampoo instead bc it dried my skin so bad. The bed was ok, but the rest of the room left me questioning. Coffee pot was at a place with no plug ins and not many electrical plug ins in the entire room. So my option was making coffee in the bathroom? Gross... Electrical outlets in the lamps didn't work, there was a good one behind the TV but I was left trying to move that big dresser that was a chore but I needed to work and nothing would charge my laptop?? Take a closer look at those lamps and outlets because it was a big ordeal that I shouldn't have had to deal with. It's an older hotel with no upkeep. For a couple of nights it was ok but it could really use some upgrades and attention to details.

The room was amazing and clean. There were only 2 things that I would recommend improvements on: 1) Perhaps a little better assortment of breakfast foods. 2) Make sure all staff are able to communicate with guests. I asked a question to one of the staff and she was unable to respond due to not speaking English. This made it difficult for her to assist me.
