The home is located on a 5-acre vineyard within the famous Golden Mile and the place is all yours. The home has been recently renovated and boasts: \- a new kitchen, bathroom, and flooring \- bedrooms situated at different ends of the home to offer privacy \- TVs with Netflix in bedrooms \- private heated pool and "just added" new Calspa hot tub (available from Mar 1\. 2024) \-full-sized crib and high chair available for use by little ones Please note: pool open from Jun 1 to Oct 1\. We loved the open plan arrangement and having many different places for people to sit to read their books. We loved the pool and the views. I will just add that the listing doesn’t note that the third bedroom is in the basement without a proper window which was a real ‘short straw’ for those that ended up in it (my husband and me!). We weren’t given a heads up about this, and I understand from Emma that the noise is because it is cherry season. We did not receive a rate adjustment for this. Modern home, great amenities, lots of space and great views. We had 10 people up, was easy to cook and have group meals. Hot tub was a nice addition.
