The house is in quiet residential neighborhood 4 minutes from Thermas park.  
We offer bed linens (1 double bed and 5 bunk beds divided into 3 bedrooms), kitchen with full utensils (including blender and microwave), air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room with flat screen TV flat. House with Wi-Fi, with security (electric fence, alarm, doorman and electric gate), with garage for 3 to 4 cars.  
Recreation area with barbecue and shower.

Casa maravilhosa,limpeza impecável,totalmente equipada,com toalhas,lençóis,travesseiros,ar condicionado em todos os quartos,cozinha também equipada com microondas,fogão com gás e todos utensílios necessários,Piscina com cascata e um belo chuveirão,casa bem arejada e com bastante espaço,enfim nossa estadia foi muito boa! A dona Bia foi muito atenciosa e solicita,só temos que agradecer.
