Everything was awesome - breakfast, the room, the beds, all great. Except for one thing - we booked for 5 people, and the room only had 3 towels in it. We asked the front desk for more and they happily provided, but the next day when the room was cleaned, only 3 towels were left and we had to ask the front desk again - happened each time the room was cleaned. It was strange that it kept happening.

Check in was easy with street side parking. Alex at the front desk was very helpful. The desk and cleaning staff were all top notch. The room was very nice. My only issue was that, as a person with mobility issues, transitioning from the hotel to the parkade involves dime amour of stairs. Otherwise, amazing stay.
