### Apartment in Sardinian Style with Pool
A holiday complex designed in the style of a traditional Sardinian village with individually furnished accommodation units of different sizes in the middle of extensive green areas. A beautiful pool area is available for guests. Excursions to the offshore islands or to the famous Costa Smeralda are recommended. Note: Pool use is not permitted during the midday rest period. WLAN only in the reception area. Mobility: Not suitable for people with restricted mobility. 2 extra beds are permitted after payment
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). The photos show examples of houses and apartments. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Die Rezeptionistin ist sehr freundlich, aber nützlich, um den Leuten zu erklären, wo sie Müll entsorgen können, gibt einen Stadtplan und einige allgemeine Informationen darüber, was Sie wo finden können. Das Haus ist sehr einfach und veraltet. Die Betten und die Klimaanlage waren in Ordnung, aber die Küche ist schlecht und sehr klein, sodass Sie keine Theke haben, um etwas zuzubereiten, und der Kühlschrank und die Waschmaschine befinden sich in der Mitte des Raums mit einem Schlafsofa und einem Esstisch.
