We are a pet friendly Cottage bring your furry friend and enjoy the cozy and playful place

This is a family wood gated compound. Each Cottage are private, surrounded by beautiful comun areas.

If your planing to get away from the city and connect with nature🦌🌳🐄 this is the perfect place.

Surrounded by a lot of natural springs 💦 🍃 and also the convenients of local restaurants like “Gators Joes Beach Bar & Grill”🍽 at just 6m walk, 6m walk to Lake Weir, and more.

Each Cottage is private and all the outside common areas are share with the other Cottages & Guest… 🏡

There is a full Equipped Barbecue for you and the family…🍔🌭🥪

Towards the back of the cottage you will find a Fire Pit along with the gaming area including, Bocce Ball Court game and Dart Board 🎯

Loved our stay at Coco Ranch...!

Americana Cabin was just as pictured...clean and loved the way it was decorated. Communication with Zenia was great....we had to reschedule due to Hurricane Idalia and Zenia was quick to respond with all messages and helped us get new dates. The family on the property was very friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed the short walk to Gator Joe's restaurant on Lake Weir for a lovely sunset dinner. Played darts in the backyard area and even taught ourselves how to play Bocce Ball. Overall a wonderful, relaxing stay, highly recommend.

Cottage was so cute and quirky. Loved the bed very comfy. Liked the snacks coffee and drinks provided especially if u got there late. Road noise but minimal. Cottage next door was eye sore.

Coco Ranch was a quaint little place with cottages to rent. I had cottage number 4. I loved the atmosphere that the owners have tried to create. It was cozy and fun place to escape Minnesota winter. I found the ranch to offer many things to do plus they had grills and outdoor eating areas. It was a small kitchen. I found it to be enough for 1 or 2 people to cook their food in. I would definitely return to Coco Ranch in the future. Zenia and her family were great!

Fantastic Experience!

Fantastic experience all around, super clean and the hosts, including Milo, were so amazing. We all loved everything about the stay here. It was super cool being able to share our vacation with both our pup Caesar and cat Xander. The hosts went above and beyond to have all of the essentials and then some stocked with extra special personal touches that you won't find anywhere else. Coco Ranch is definitely a go to when we are in the area again!

Great Little Property!

This property had everything you could need to have a comfortable stay. We spent most of our time on Lake Weir so coming home to cold a/c, a nice clean shower, and a comfortable bed were key. The kids slept well on the futon. There was plenty of bedding for my family. My family and I had a great time and would highly recommend this cute little home hosted by very kind people.

Perfect little family getaway!

From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming and the house smelled so fresh as you walked in. We grilled outside while the little one played one the swing and our little old grumpy puppers ran around. We loved how humble and warm our hosts were. They went above and beyond for our little family. The house was quaint and cozy. We made breakfast on the cooktop, took lots of afternoon naps and cozied up late night to watch some Disney! This location was perfect because it was just a short drive to get to restaurants, shops, parks, lakes, museums, farms, trails, and best of all natural springs. We hope to visit again and possibly making it a yearly trip!! Thanks for your hospitality, love and creativity!! Hope to see you guys soon! 😌♥️
