KITCHEN AND DINING The kitchen has been upgraded with custom cabinets and granite countertops. The kitchen has an open design concept, so there is lots of space for moving about while preparing meals. The cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining room table seats 6. LIVING AREAS The living room has ample seating locations with a comfortable sofa and additional chairs. The living room also has a flat-screen TV that you can use to either watch cable (with FREE extended channels such as HBO and Showtime). For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. The ensuite master bathroom features a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. SLEEPING D28 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom suite has a comfortable king-size bed. You can see the ocean as you lie in bed and drift off to sleep. The second bedroom has a Queen and Twin bed and lovely garden views. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, cable, and ceiling fans. For the additional sleeping arrangements, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. We absolutely loved it, both our unit and the complex. Our unit was very clean, comfortable, and a perfect size for a family of 4 with 2 pre-teen boys. The unit has amazing panoramic views of the ocean, kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed the grill while watching amazing sunsets over the ocean from our balcony. We loved the fireplace at night while listening to the sounds of the waves. The complex is like a resort with beautiful landscaping, everyone we came across was very friendly, and we loved the pool and walking to both the marina and pier. If you are looking for a place with a balcony overlooking the water this is perfect. In addition the grounds on North Coast Village are very well maintained and was impressed with the community. The access to the beach is not in front of the unit but a short walk around the buildings. Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### misty o. May 10, 2019 #### Perfect location This condo is beautiful and comfortable. It's right on the beach and the complex it's in is gorgeous. Even the beds are comfortable! The harbor village is a short walk away and so is "the strand". Everything you can possibly need is provided in the condo, didn't even need to bring boogie boards or any other beach equipment. ##### misty o.
