The only shared spaces with Unit A and Unit B are the two-car garage (one space for each unit - large SUV will not fit), the driveway, and the private beach area. One of the best parts of our stay was spending quality time with family on the deck, enjoying great conversations while taking in the ocean views.Communication with the host was seamless, and everything was exactly as described. We really enjoyed our time gazing into the beautiful blue waters from the balcony! We only used one of the 5 beds and it was very comfortable while the soothing sounds of the Pacific rocked us to sleep. We didn’t even want to leave…thank goodness for Uber eats! Minor details that could be improved: shower head in master (lack of pressure) but there is another shower so wasn’t a problem. Also, could not change the TV in master, it was stuck on Deal or no Deal lol. Neither would stop us from staying here again! Highly recommend, this property and Dave are amazing! ##### Stephanie J. The windows to the ocean do not disappoint! In the morning you can find me and my husband sipping coffee and watching the waves and predicting which one would have a huge splash. The two bathrooms gave everyone a spot to shower and spread out. And hilariously the waves were a little loud at night so we found ourselves in the back bedrooms. All the beds were comfy (even the doubles!) and the kitchen was fully stocked with a coffee maker and any utensils you would need.for your stay. Awesome tv’s let us watch the Sunday NFL games and made us reconsider the size of our home tvs. (It was a cold and misty day.) Great restaurants nearby and a cool coffee shop on Wisconsin right next to a market for creamers and whatever else you need! Easy access to the garage and the ocean. Aug 10, 2023 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Fall asleep to the sound of waves The veiw was lovely. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks was heavenly. The square footage of the place and the size and space in the bedrooms was good. The previous renter had a dog "Gucci" that had peed on the carpet by the back door, obviously slept in a twin bed that wasn't changed, and lefts it's gold cahin collar in the couch cushions. So, that wasn't ideal. The kitchen could use some upgrades. The refrigerator froze our food (we have to bring a lot of food for health reasons), one burner on the stove didn't work, the faucet was stuck in place. It could use a strainer, can opener, trash bags, and a few little things like that. The rest of the house was good! The beds are very comfortable. The comforters and pillows were clean and comfy. There were plenty of towels for both beach and bath. We don't usually contact the host, but this time we did, and he was very responsive and kind.
