This 3 bedroom, dog friendly, multi-level home with two arcade video games and a foosball table is how you keep the young ones entertained before a long day at the beach! Take a 6 minute stroll to the shore or walk a couple of blocks to some of Oceanside's popular restaurants. 3 Bedrooms, 2 ½ Baths \- Master bedroom: king bed, sleeps 2, smart TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom \- Second bedroom: king bed, sleeps 2, ensuite bathroom also accessed from hallway \- Third bedroom: queen bed, sleeps 2 AMENITIES \- Fire pit \- BBQ grill \- Rooftop patio with plenty of seating \- Heating & AC \- Queen sofa bed in office \- Fully-equipped kitchen with barstool seating and wine fridge \- Dining area for up to 8 \- Washer and dryer PARKING \- Up to 2 smaller vehicles or 1 standard size vehicle in the garage. \- Street parking may be available, but please abide by the posted signs along the curb. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. \- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). \- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment. Parties and Overoccupancy Policy: If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. When I first inquired about the property I got not response after sending a message twice through VRBO. Check in was at 4 but when we arrived at 4 they were still cleaning and didn't finish until 4:30 which was frustrating. The property was in a great location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We found a nice beach on the north pier. We also had some issues with the grill not heating up to a high enough temperature. Just a few minor issues but overall we had a nice stay! ##### Amber M.
