Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed layout that combines modern elegance with coastal charm. The spacious living room features a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Each bedroom is uniquely themed and equipped with plush beds, ranging from full and queen sizes to luxurious king beds, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for everyone.  
  
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee maker, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your meals at the large dining table or step out onto the deck to dine al fresco with ocean views.  
  
One of the highlights of this property is the private rooftop deck, complete with a BBQ grill, where you can savor the fresh ocean breeze and stargaze at night. The beach-level access allows you to enjoy the soft sands and gentle waves right at your doorstep.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.  
  
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. #### Great place for our big group

We had a great vacation. The home has multiple floors, which provided plenty of room for our group of 26, but the elevator was not available for us to use. We would have loved being able to use it. There is a sea wall which made it hard to get to the sand and beach, which was only available during low tide. Even though it’s beach front, it’s not convenient or easily accessible.

The property has a super layout, location and views - but general maintenance of the property was disappointing. We had issues with the cleanliness of fabric covered seating areas, a broken dishwasher, several burned-out fan lights, jacuzzi's that were not in total working order, a broken ping pong table net and a room with bedbugs that we are sure traveled home with us. The property managers were fairly responsive to our needs but at the end of our stay,- we asked management to call us about the bedbugs - but we never got a response back from them. I think for all the money spent on this property - everything should have been checked, cleaned and in good working order before we arrived. It still is a nice property overall.

#### Great beach getaway

Can’t beat the location—went to sleep to the sound of the ocean! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our large family. Kitchen and gathering areas accommodated our group comfortably. Maintenance on the house was not stellar, particularly the main level kitchen appliances. No outdoor trash cans when we arrived. Overall great stay in spite of the small inconveniences.

#### Views are beyond amazing but the place is Very tired.

The main dining room/ kitchen had 3 lights out and by sunset the room was very dark. Even with 3 new bulbs it needs more lighting. This is a gathering room and needs a tv and music! Beds are OLD and you feel the springs in some beds. It has an elevator that doesn’t work and with sooo many levels it was difficult for elderly. 2 extra blankets for our family of 21\. Be prepared for LOTS of stairs.

Everything was great. When we got there the property looked great, but after a few hours of walking in white socks on the floor or socks were filthy. It seems that the floors have been vacuumed but not cleaned. We had a fire alarm go off for no reason at 10:30 P.m. on the first night. It was reported and maintenance came the next day and changed all of the batteries. We had a wonderful time, I would recommend it again. Overall our experience was excellent
