Welcome to your Oceanside retreat, a luxurious beachfront haven designed for unforgettable family vacations. This 2,800 sq. ft. property features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, while the other three bedrooms each feature a king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering around the dining table or relaxing on the plush sofas, with panoramic doors that open to a private deck and stunning ocean views.  
  
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and all necessary cookware and utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy the convenience of wireless internet, a TV, and a private hot tub for relaxation. The property also offers a private spa, fire pit, and BBQ grill, allowing you to savor the coastal lifestyle.

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed. See virtual tour to view exactly where it is situated.  
  
All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.  
  
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

The view from the balcony is bliss. Starting and ending every day with the sound of the waves crashing, watching the tide ebb and flow, and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets over the ocean is the life! The house is supremely clean, organized, well-stocked, welcoming, and comfortable. It was perfect for four adults to each have their own bedroom and bathroom. The hosts are friendly and quickly responsive. The location is fantastic. We dream of coming back!

Location is amazing! Open veranda to the ocean allowed us to experience the beach, even while in the condo. Negatives: No coffee provided; had a bit of a hard time getting in the gate and condo door due to poor instructions.

#### Great view & location

Love the view, location & property management team! We were a party of 7 adults; some of whom live locally. Pros: It’s quiet and on a cul-de-sac. Beds are very comfortable with nice bed linens and towels. (Professionally cleaned linens and towels are a big plus these days.) All bedrooms/bathrooms are quiet — thanks to fans and weatherstripping. HVAC works great. Fans are available in all the rooms (check the drawers). Kitchen is well equipped with room for guests’ things. BBQ worked great! Patio and balcony provide excellent views! Cons: Internet connection problems plagued us especially in the morning. Property team quickly responded with reboot instructions but connectivity issues persisted. On our last day, the guys came and replaced the entire system and had us log into an new network with 2 other units. (If you need to work while here, go to Starbucks.) The 4th bedroom with queen bed and no attached bathroom is awkward so plan accordingly. We found the living/dining room furniture uncomfortable and one of the hide-a-beds doesn’t work. (We used dining chairs as end tables.) Patio furniture is comfortable but some cushions are shredded on sides. One chair frame is in rough shape.

We have stayed in several properties along the beach in Oceanside. This house offered just what we needed for the week, and will most likely rent again from Oceanfront. Assuming the property is rented most of the time, it was in \[good shape, one of the showers needed a cartridge replaced, the property mgr had a gentleman from maintenance over within an hour of the call and he was able to replace it the following day! To anyone with kiddos this is a great home away from home!

Great layout and spacious. Touch less and all digital checkin was smooth and easy. Very well cleaned upon checkin with ample extra towels and sheets. Only complaint is WiFi speed was poor and made AV use impossible.

This is a stunningly beautiful property with everything we needed for our family weekend getaway, It was so close to perfect! Just wish the beach with actual sand was closer- it’s about a 1/4 mi walk to sand. There is no beach only rocks directly in front of condo. Views cannot be beat though from the balcony, and decor is modern and clean. It was very clean on arrival but a couple of dirty towels were left in one of the bathrooms. Love the kitchen with huge island and everything we needed to cook meals. Appreciate the gas grill and fire pit; and the extra propane tank was nice! A great stay!

#### Fantastic ocean front property with impeccable property

This was just a wonderful stay at the nicest VRBO I have ever rented and I have rented many. The views and the house are amazing and it is such a roomy house. We had 8 adults and loved every bit of the house. We ended up spending most of our time on the porch with the lanai door open and just took in the amazing views and sunrise/sunsets. I can't recommend this place enough!

#### Solid value in an okay location

Ocean views were beautiful. Had issues at check-in when door code was erroneously not included in the check-in instructions. Had to call to get let in to the unit; a second version of check-in instructions had to be sent with the door code. Some of the renters in nearby units were definitely over capacity. Some homeless folks sleeping in front of the unit at night. Otherwise, was great for the kids and a nice getaway.

We only stayed for a few days but the property was lovely, just as described and had amazing views! I would like to see the kitchen more fully stocked but what was there was sufficient. Tip - check your propane, we ended up needing some but got it very quickly after we called.

#### Friendsgiving success

Once you get through all the gates and codes you enter into the property and it is breathtaking. The views are amazing, the cleanliness is like a 5 star hotel, the overall vibe is beautiful. My friends and my kids had a great time here. We stayed and hung out in our pajamas and stayed on the balcony almost the entire time. Kitchen is well stocked and everything worked great. Laundry room was handy when you have kids also. Great space and would definitely book again.

#### Fabulous property

The place is exactly how it looks in the photos, it is beautiful! The kitchen is spacious and stocked well with equipment, including plenty of wine glasses. The outdoor patio facing The ocean view was so comfortable and beautiful we didn’t even go out for dinner the first night. I had to call the property management a couple times and they were very prompt and efficient. Will definitely rent this place again!
