THE VIEW
Come and relax in Harbor Cottage - G32, a harbor-facing upper cottage in North Coast Village. Harbor Cottage is located in the only complex in Oceanside that sits directly On-The-Sand which means there is nothing standing between you and a stunning view of the ocean, sand, and harbor! G32 faces the more secluded portion of the beach which allows you to escape the crowds and make your vacation what it should be, a relaxing and fun retreat!

KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy a beautifully updated kitchen that is fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table comfortably seats 6. There are also 4 spots at the counter for younger guests or quick bites.

LIVING AREAS
The living room has ample sitting room to house the condo's capacity of 6 with a large comfortable sofa sleeper sectional with a chaise lounge. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room with cable TV with 250+ channels. The fireplace is fully functional and is available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.

The condo has 2 bathrooms. The master bath has a walk-in shower with separate vanity and the guest bath has a tub/shower combo.

SLEEPING
G32 comfortably sleeps 6. The master bedroom features a California King-size bed and the guest bedroom features a Queen bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room as well as an air mattress in the closet. In case you have members of your party with different viewing preferences there are also flatscreen TVs with cable in both bedrooms.

-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next to the unit
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.

For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

G32 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.
If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. Close to the water

Weā€™ve stayed here in the past Itā€™s great being so close to the ocean and sand and a short walk to the Marina. There was some construction equipment going up and down the side street during the day but not that big of a deal since we were out and about. The condo was nice and clean and all the things needed for fun at the beach or at the pool. Will definitely stay again

Great Oceanside Beach Condo

We absolutely loved our great condo experience on the beach at Oceanside CA. Luxurious tropical setting at North Coast Village. Condo was perfect for our party of four adults. Gated restricted access for car and walking, full time security, helpful and friendly staff. Legendary San Diego coastal food, drink, and shopping short walk to Oceanside Harbor next door or driving to Coast Hiway nearby.

Spring Break 2021

Loved the vacation overall! It was not as clean as I had hoped but fine overall. I was very frustrated with the reservations issue for the pool and hot tub. We were there for 5 nights and we only went to the pool once and never could get reservations for the hot tub. I tried several times per day and never got anything. I did not know about it ahead of time and the explanation of how to sign up was horrible. I kept trying to sign up for all of us and I only needed to sign up for our family to use the hot tub. Otherwise we loved the location and the overall vacation was great!

Great Spot!

This was our first visit to California and we were so happy with our stay. The process for getting a spot at the pool was simple and the staff at the resort were friendly and helpful! What a beautifully kept property!!!!

This property is beautiful - not only does it sit on the beach and near so many great restaurants, etc but it is so well taken care of. The landscaping is amazing, as you walk through the property and see lush tropical gardens and waterfalls. The unit itself we very clean and well stocked for anything that you would need. My only complaint is the couch is very old and slopes heavily so makes it uncomfortable to even sit on for any period of time.

I loved how roomy it was and I loved that it was updated! Everything was So Nice, Comfortable and Clean! It fit our family of 6 perfect! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because their were ants. Iā€™m not a fan of bugs, but I guess itā€™s common in all the condos there. But they had Raid on hand and I was able to resolve the problem easily and quickly so I was Happy.

We enjoyed our stay in your Condo, very relaxing vacation and close proximity to the beach. The pictures on the website are as exactly as they appear in person. My husband enjoyed the use of the bogy board and I enjoyed the beach chairs as well. I do have a few comments that I think need to be addressed. The master bedroom did not have a screen on the window and the main bathroom tub drain we could not plug (so I went out and bought a drain stopper) so that I could take a bath. The other issue was with the BBQ facility being so far away, we tried to cook steaks in the Condo, but a broiler pan was not provided. Would be nice to have a small BBQ on the patio to make it easier on tenants that like to BBQ. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation.

Nice Condo in a quiet complex

Condo is in a safe and secure complex. Nice view from the deck too. The main issues we had were the cleanliness of the Condo. The tub/shower had black mold growing in the crevices. Upon arrival the sheets that were put on the master bedroom had hair on them. We immediately had to remove those sheets and take them to the laundry room to wash. This was very frustrating since all we wanted to do was relax on the first night. On quite a few nights the aroma of pot came through our windows that were facing the beach side of the complex. This was coming from another condo in close proximity to ours.

You canā€™t beat the location and beach. The condo has been recently updated and has a darling beach theme. It takes about 2 minutes to walk out the front door, down the sidewalk and to the beach. The house is stocked with all the beach toys you could want. The only downside is I feel the condo could have been cleaner. But overall we had a great stay and it was super fun.

Great NCV visit!

Our second stay in North Coast Village - this condo has a great view of the harbor and ocean, a working gas fireplace for cool nights and updated kitchen. Itā€™s great because it is fully furnished without being cluttered. The owners are also easy to work with and texted to make sure everything was okay. I would stay again here or in another one of their properties.

Much Better Than I Expected!

I was a bit nervous having never been to NCV. My biggest take away is that the HOA does an outstanding job. The grounds are immaculate and lush, security personel very present, clear signage and instructions, and very CLEAN. We found that Harbor Beach is basically exclusive to NCV. Unless your a local and want to walk, this beach has no immediate parking. We felt very safe and surrounded by families w children. No trash and no homeless during our visit. On the south side of NCV you get to experience the full package. More crowded, homeless sleeping on beach, and more activities like bike rentals and food. Never felt unsafe on either beach. We rented from onthesand and found our unit to be clean and well stocked. We had no interaction with the owners as instructions are very clear. Great place for a family to stay on the beach in a well stocked condo. Home away from home, exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Our family loves this resort like condo complex right on the water.

Our unit G32 was the perfect location for our son's beach soccer tournament. It was recently upgraded and had everything we needed for a perfect staycation. This was our fourth year staying at North Coast Village. The team at rent on the sand were very accommodating and easy to work with.

Wonderful family trip in the best place we have been

Amazing views. We felt like we had our own beach. The unit had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. The pictures really don't do it justice . We will be back for sure!!!
