    Beautiful Beach house, 2 blocks from Oceanside pier and beach. Very close to restaurants, bars, breweries and shopping.
    This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house has it all. There are 2 master suites with en-suite bathrooms. One of the masters has 2 queen beds, the other one has a California King bed. There are also 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds that share a bathroom .
    There is a patio in front with outdoor dining table and seating area with a large Weber gas BBQ.
    Walking into the house is the family room with flat screen TV and fireplace. Next is a small game room with shuffle board, card table and a TV with video games.
    Towards the back of the house is a gourmet kitchen with a dining table that seats 10 people and on other flat screen TV.
    All bedrooms are on the second floor. The master suites have flat screen TV's . One more flight of steps and you are on the rooftop patio , with an other dining table and a seating area.
    There is an attached 2 car garage with surfboards, boogie boards, sand toys, 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a wagon to pull everything to the beach. Also baby gate, stroller, port a crib and high chair.
    The garage fits 2 cars and there is plenty of street parking available. There is also a parking structure 100 yards from the house, parking fee is $ 5.00 for the day.
    The house has no AC, that is only an issue in August ansd September when it can get hot by the beach, so we installed 2 Whole House fans, one in the master with 2 queens and one in the main master BR. They have seperate controllers. So when it is hot in the house, in the evening the outside air will drop 15 to 20 degrees. Switch on the Whole House fans for an hour or 2, and open some windows, upstairs as well as downstairs. The fans will suck in the cool air from outside and blow the warm air outside through the attic. It works great and cools the house very quickly.

Booked this trip for six friends and I to spend two nights together for my birthday and it could not have gone better!!! Such a close walk to everything we wanted to do — five minutes from the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, everything! Highly recommend staying at this gorgeous house and hope to come back every year for my birthday!

Great stay for our family. Buzzing noise coming from bathroom off of the kitchen, communicated with owner so hopefully that will get fixed Needed extra throw blankets for use. Great to have beach chairs, toys for use during our stay. Definitely would recommend this location for a family get away

This is a nicer house in person than the photos online, we were all very surprised at how spacious the upstairs was, we all had some privacy which was great. The front patio was our primary hang out and it was perfect. I will rent this house again for sure.

The house was great - large and inviting with everything you could want on a short vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are great dining options. Our family loved it! And the location is perfect - you would never have to move your car.

Lucy's Beach House was perfect for our family! There's plenty of space to spread out, and we love the front patio and rooftop deck. It's also an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. And we appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and the wagon that hauls it all.

Great location!

Wonderful property and perfect location. Just a few suggestions… shampoo/ conditioner and soap would have been great, games for adults, and blankets/ throws for the cool evenings. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

This place is a gem, very spacious and clean, and the host is super communicating with us and making sure we had a great stay, including early checkin and late checkout! Almost every room has a tv which makes it nice when you stay in and just want to relax. Kitchen is also well equipped with plenty of plates, utensils, and crockpots! Location is great, and there are plenty of games/puzzles for my brother’s kids (the room with 2 queen beds was perfect for them and their kids since it had a new bathroom also), and the master bedroom/bathroom are huge.

This was our second year at Lucy’s beach house. As always, the house was clean and ready for us to relax and enjoy our family vacation. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants and shops. We are already looking forward to next time

Family Gathering

Lucy’s Beach House is a terrific home for a large or extended family to get together at. It is clean, large, well appointed, and is in a great location. The host is also very responsive to any questions or special requests.
