If you enjoy spending time out on the deck watching the boats in the harbor or surfers on the ocean then Sunset Suite is the condo for you. Due to the unique location, you are able to sit and enjoy the view in perfect comfort while relaxing on the patio furniture. KITCHEN AND DINING Enjoy an updated kitchen with granite countertops, additional built-in storage cabinets, and a deep sink. The kitchen is also fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table comfortably seats 6 with 4 chairs and a bench. LIVING AREAS The living room has ample sitting room to house the condo's capacity of 6 with a comfortable sofa sleeper and 3 additional chairs. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room with cable TV offering 140+ channels free of charge. The fireplace in G317 has been remodeled and updated and is available for your use and enjoyment during the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance. The condo has 2 bathrooms, one upstairs with the master suite and the other downstairs across the hall from the bedroom. The main floor bathroom has been remodeled with a fully tiled walk-in shower including a built-in tiled bench and a rainfall shower head. The upstairs bathroom has been updated with a tiled tub/shower combo. SLEEPING G317 comfortably sleeps 6\. The upstairs master bedroom features a Cali King-size bed, along with 2 nightstands and a dresser. The main level guest bedroom features a queen and full bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. In case you have members of your party with different viewing preferences there are also flatscreen TVs with cable in both bedrooms. We always stay at a rental on vacation and this condo was my favorite yet. The property grounds were like being at a resort with way less people. The staff was very friendly and the condo itself felt like home. It was clean, well stocked and had beautiful balcony views. The grounds had a stunning pool and hot tub and was just a short walk to the beach and not far from the pier and town. The location was only 30-45 minutes from the major San Diego attractions and close restaurants to walk to over the bridge. If we come back to Oceanside I would stay here in a heartbeat. ##### dana m. A lot of cool stuff within walking distance, updated condo with beautiful features, great condo complex. Beautiful beach with easy access, well maintained pool/spa and the landscaping at the complex is truly impressive. Everything you could need was included with the condo. Days after our stay they decided they needed to charge us for a broken drawer which was like that when we got there. It is unfair to charge me for repairs for something that was broken before we got there. They also were wanting to charge me for a steam towel that has mustard on it. Loved having 2 balconies to enjoy. Comfortable beds. The grounds on the property are really well kept and beautiful. Just a short walk to restaurants. Only suggestion...replace one one of your lounge chairs that is severely ripped (owner may not be aware). A sink wasn't draining and they sent someone to fix it within a few hours. The mattress on the upstairs bed should be replaced though. It was uncomfortable. Everything you need is there, including kitchen supplies, beach chairs, toys, umbrella, cooler. The company is very responsive with an onsite manager who handles any issues that may arise. The furnishings were Target build yourself with handles on draws missing in bedroom. Shower door in master bath needs good cleaning. The rugs were dirty and musty smelling and we needed to keep windows open. The kitchen utensils were greasy and needed to be washed before using. No BBQ tools, No large platter for food. The trays that were are top of refrigerator were dirty. Bathroom sink slow draining. the dishwasher which we used only twice leaked from underneath and is so old really needs replacing. the couch was in bad shape if you sat on it long enough you would fall off as the cushions don't fit well. we loved the top deck and if repairs and updates were done we would rent again next season.
