  • Great community with playground nearby and pool within walking distance. The house is just minutes to beach, shopping and restaurants. This large 2 story villa is updated and has 4 bedroom plus a loft and an office with futon. The house is spacious and provides space for privacy and togetherness.
    This villa features a large first floor master bedroom and master bath with shower and plenty of closet space. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and grilling and has a 55 inch TV and seats 12 at the large table. The dining room seats 6 and the deck features table and chairs for out-door dining, lounge chairs for sunning and a grill.
    There are six flat screen TV's, four DVD players, wireless internet, printer, Foosball table, Pack 'n play, beach chairs, umbrella and has a two car garage, laundry room with a washer and dryer . An outdoor shower on side of house has been added.
    First floor: Master bedroom has a King bed and Office has a futon
    Second floor: bedroom 2 has a King bed
    bedroom 3 has a Queen bed
    bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds and a full bed
    loft has a queen sleeper sofa

My family had a wonderful time staying here for vacation. The location worked well for us being able to get to many of the things we like to do in the area easily. It was just a short drive to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The property was located by many we go to each year. The house was the clean and communication with the host great. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place for vacation.

Lovely, spacious vacation home! Our family enjoyed the area, pool, community playground right outside of the property. Large kitchen and a lot of dinning space. The beach is minutes away!

Beautiful home

Our family of 7 adults enjoyed this spacious, clean, and nicely appointed house. The kitchen was fully stocked with various kitchen appliances to prepare meals. Other nice amenities were also available.The homeowner was very responsive when the internet would not work and came to the property on a holiday (while she had houseguests at home) to get us service.Great location and like the community Pool.

Enjoyable stay

The 8 members of my family had an enjoyable, relaxing stay in Ocean View at this property. The home is well equipped and within a short drive of everything we planned to do. Great Beach Vacation!

Home was spacious, clean and many nice addiitions - such as extra beach chairs and umbrella. We were all adults over 34 years old - but the garage was filled with bikes and FUN for kids! Great communication with property manager throughout our two week stay. At one point we had 5 vehicles and plenty of parking at the home.

Spacious house, good location

House is very large and well furnished with nice size deck out back. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Beds were comfortable and rooms are large. The cable box in the loft bedroom wasn't connected and there was no way to watch anything in that room. The TVs are not smart TVs so if you want to stream anything bring your own device to connect.

Great Family Reunion

Returned visit to this lovely spacious home in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The rooms are as advertised – we were a family of eight adults and four children. The house is well maintained and the property owner is very responsive to her guest. The area is close to the beach and the Bethany Boardwalk. This year we took advantage of the nearby golf course in Bear Trap – excellent course. The family took a trip to Assateague Island – 30 minute ride – fun experience with the kids; they enjoyed seeing the wild horses. Close to restaurant; and we took advantage of the happy hours at Mango’s. Will definitely return next year
