The neighbors were all very friendly and it offered easy access to food stores, seafood markets and a short ride to the beach. Our fur baby enjoyed walks on the nature trail and there were plenty of refuse recepticals in and around the unit. The only thing we were confused about was where the recycling recepticals were. Other than that it is a fantastic unit which we enjoyed very much. Oh, Pam our host was so easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had almost immediatly.
