Walkable to the Club House Restaurant and all the major amenities on the premises (pool, tennis courts, playground). All of the staff at Bear Trap and First Choice Rentals were accommodating and answered any questions we had. Parking near the condo was also abundant and we received a nice welcome package upon arrival. Place was also stocked with a lot everyday items you would need. ##### Meaghan J. We were actually surprised that when paying both a linens fee and cleaning fee, we were left to make our own beds…and lots of clean up before departing.
