Very happy about the short distance to Bethany Beach and easy access to grocery store. Host was very helpful and let us know about the renovation before we got there. We weren't able to use the garage to park one of the cars due to the renovation but neighbor was very nice an let us park a car in their extra spot. We had plenty of room for our group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids). The kids had a whole living area, bathroom and bunkbeds to themselves on the main entrance level. The only time we seen them at the house is to come up for something to drink or eat. 🤣 The only thing that could be bad is the stairs you have to use to get to the main living area and a second set to get to the third level. It wasnt an issue for us but something to consider if anyone in your party may have issues with stairs. Keli and Tom are so nice and great to communicate with.
