"Beachfront! Are you kidding me? And amenities, all we could ask for. Now the down side. Lavatory basin in master bath slow to drain, third step from bottom on stairs loose. Thanks to my bad knee, stairs not really stairs but ladder, which means don’t expect to see me there ever again. Nonetheless, a superior location, facility. "Sunshine is a very great little place to stay in Surf City. Views from the balcony were great, and made for fun mornings and evenings watching the ocean! The zero entry pool was perfect for our 1 year old grand daughter to walk into with us, and the beach access here is also very easy to use. We did have a little hiccup with the linens (you have to rent your own from a separate service) but Hunt made it right and helped us out. We would definitely stay here again."
