We hope by the next time you stay, we will have the huge 100 x 100 lot fenced in and a playset and volley ball court installed so you can have your own private playground/yard! You forgot to mention Adalaides, the only place coffee shop on the peninsula that also serves ice cream and light meals. It is just across the street from 1303 Beach Retreat. Hi Eveyln and thanks for taking time to review 1303. People love how close it is to the beach and town. To address your concerns: 1) the king beds are 14" pillow top and originally over $3,000 beds. You are the first to comment that they aren't awesome, but if others are not happy, we will replace them. 2) House is fully remodeled and upstairs floors a little creaky. Usually not an issue, but important to point out that night owls might sleep downstairs 3) agree on living room chairs-we are on it and they will be upgraded soon 4) thanks for bringing up the extra large table and we do have the hot tub. The cabin next door will soon be taken down and we will be offering a huge fenced yard with a playset for kids and a horseshoe pit.
