One bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and a single; the other bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms has a king, and the other one has a queen. All bedrooms have TVs. There are two bathrooms on each level. Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, blender, iron, and unsecure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight, and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Sunbathe or eat lunch on the uncovered, large porch, while enjoying the great waterway and marsh view. With the creek on one side, and the lagoon across the street, you can see water every way you look. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This sound side property is a short walk from both the beach access and the community pool. This property has keyless entry. 73 Sandpiper offers a two-night stay before May 29 and after August 15\. Golf cart outlet is in left side of carport area by electric meter. \*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.\* ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee. If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
