Enjoy the best of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway while staying in this beautiful canal-front home with a private dock, located just a quick 5-minute walk to the white sandy beaches of Ocean Isle! This home sleeps up to 16 people in 5 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. Please note - the cleaning fee Memorial Day to Labor Day (peak season), includes bed linens and bath towels as well as bed making. Rental of towels and linens are available outside of this time period for an additional fee and are not included in the cleaning fee. Use the stairs or take the elevator up to the second floor, which boasts a spacious open floor plan. Here is where you will find one of two living rooms with plenty of seating for gathering after a fun-filled day in the surf and sand, a dining table with seating for six as well as a large kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bar top with additional seating for four. The kitchen offers a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, a toaster oven, tea kettle, blender, and crockpot. Also on this floor is a master suite with a king-sized bed and private bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with two queen beds and a private bath. A half bath and laundry are also located on this level. On the third floor, also accessible by stairs or elevator, you will find another master bedroom suite with a king bed and private bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms each with two queen beds and private baths. You will also find a second sizable living room with an oversized sectional, an eating area with seating for four, a wet bar, and a half bath. Both master suites and living rooms have flat screen Smart TV's. The canal-side of the house offers spectacular views of the Intracoastal. Take in the scenery on either of the two screened-in porches just off the dining room and upstairs master suite or on the multi-level decking perfect for sunbathing! Whether it's kayaking from your private dock in the Intracoastal or boogie boarding in the ocean, you'll love Doin' Time here! The closest public beach access point is at Leland St, it's about 0.3 miles & a 5-minute walk. The dock/boat slip and canal are meant to be enjoyed responsibly. Please note there are inherent dangers associated with water including drowning. Please be safe and wear a personal flotation device around the water and monitor children and those are not strong swimmers. We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING: If your check in date is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. If your check in date is before Memorial Day or after Labor Day, linens and towels are NOT included in the cleaning fee. We do offer them for an additional fee, or you can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. \*\*(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens). We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property. If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your check in date, you will be refunded in full minus a non-refundable fee of 5% of the total reservation (cancellation fee). Cancellations within 60 days prior to check in will not be refunded. Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking. While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don't follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying. Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety. You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home. Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken). NO charcoal grills, fire pits, or deep fryers are permitted on premise. Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind. Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin. This was our first visit to Ocean Isle. We loved being on this end of the Island, very new and quiet, except for some construction noise the last few days. The house is exactly as pictured. Very clean. We loved the upper deck! The view from there is wonderful. We had our coffee out there every morning, and my friends spent a lot their afternoons there! The beach is so close! The pool is clean and beautiful, just too cold to use this time of year. We would recommend heating it if you really want to use it. We had some issues but management handled them pretty quickly. They were only a text away. Highly suggest reading the management manual for access to beach closet. The manual should be placed in a location similar to the tv remotes and tell renters to look for it. Overall, we had a great vacation!! The home was very clean when we arrived and we were very happy with location of the home on the isle and to the beach. We plan this trip each year to meet extended family at OIB. This is by far the best house we have rented. The house was beautiful and clean. Our family appreciated having a bathroom of each bedroom. We used the inside spaces and the outside patios. I like that the kitchen was well stocked but not over crowded. We had cabinet space to put our things in. The fridge was empty! No leftover condiments or jars from previous guests. I love that! We used the gas grill several times. It was clean and worked great. The kids loved playing on the dock and near the water. Since there is an elevator and walk in shower available, my mom was able to come with us. The beach access is close and handicap accessible. This is very helpful with older people and babies. Brunswick Vacation Rentals kept in contact with us before and throughout our vacation. I always felt like I could reach someone if needed. We rent from VRBO 3-4 times a year. This was one of our best experiences. We have already booked for next summer! ##### Deborah R. Our family (6 adults and 8 children - ages 7 to 76) enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our multigenerational group. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the porches to enjoy the breezes on the canal. The walk to the beach was easy, not too far, and offered just a little walking exercise! The kitchen was unbelievable!
