From the large balcony, you'll love having your coffee as the sun rises and paints the ocean full of color. During the day, enjoy the sounds of sea gulls and laughter as you get away from the heat of the beach and maybe enjoy a good book. In the evening, you'll enjoy the cool breezes and relax to the sounds of waves crashing onto the beach. It really is magical! Located on 110th street at the Capri, this building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. This fabulous 3 bedrooms, 2 bath unit can sleep 8\. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and a vanity for getting ready for a night on the town. The second bedroom has a double bed with a TV. The third has a bunk bed along with a twin. There are two full baths in the hallway that would be shared with the three bedrooms. In the living room, a queen sleeper sofa allows for additional sleeping accommodations and has a large flat screen TV. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need for those night you choose to cook at home. The living room and breakfast bar has plenty of seating for everyone to spend time together over a meal. The unit also features a washer/dryer and internet. Come stay with us anytime of the year, enjoy all that amenities that this unit offers and create your own Ocean City memories! THINGS TO KNOW: \* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. The condos view is awesome. The balcony is large and has a picnic table. The bedrooms are spacious and the condo can accommodate a large family comfortably. The building has decent amenities with a large indoor pool, rolling bins to help load in your stuff, fast elevators, several beach side showers and really great access to the beach (including a business that will set up umbrellas and chairs for a fee). Not once did we feel cramped or on top of each other, which was just so great! The views were AMAZING! Being on the beach was super convenient. Super clean and tons of space for everyone. We do wish there was an outdoor pool at this building, that would be our only regret, but not really a regret - just a thought! The beach was great and the kitchen was fully equipped. If I could have one thing differently, it would be that the beds were made upon arrival. Access to beach was easy. Beach was wide and very nice. Parking (had to pay $50 for each vehicle) and we were not allowed to park before 4 pm. Even though unit was ready (it had been cleaned and cleaning crew was gone), access was not granted until 4 pm. (other people in the building were checking in early as units were ready). This owner also requires all dishes be cleaned and NOT loaded in the dishwasher and dishwasher unloaded, which is a hassle - meaning all dishes have to be handwashed final morning. ##### Joyce L. Ocean front is the best and the beaches do not get overly crowded. Great restaurants around. Our kids are older, so we don't head south to the boardwalk or other amusement attractions, so this location is perfect. Everything was in order when we arrived, clean and ready to go. The only thing I would change is to have the floors mopped on occasion if possible. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a Keurig and a tiny coffee maker (we are big coffee drinkers, but not Keurig lovers, so a larger coffee maker would be a great addition). So nice that linens are provided, but we brought our own (this was a new addition from last time and I prefer our own stuff anyway). Check in is a breeze with the keypad lock system.
