Loved the kitchen and it was stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, bake ware and pots/pans. Enough seating for 8 people to comfortably be in the family room and kitchen table, which is hard to find. It’s a great location and our teenagers enjoyed being able to quickly get to the boardwalk whenever they wanted to do the arcade or rides. ##### Jessica P. The location of this one was great! There were some repairs needed while we were staying which was not ideal however the maintenance man was very nice and the office was great with their communications aside of NOT giving us a warning when maintenance was on his way over. Over all the place appeared clean but it was clear that the floor have likely never been mopped! All week our daughter who refused slippers would have disgustingly dirty feet in no time. There is a washer and dryer however they are in need of replacement. The washer knob doesn’t work without being creative and the dryer sounds like a fighter jet in the main hallway. We were able to use them so it was certainly better than nothing but this was a big irritant for us. Over all we would stay here again if another property wasn’t found that fit the bill a bit better. The property management company is highly recommended.
