The Windjammer Condominiums located ocean front on 46th street offer that wonderful retro Ocean City feel providing the perfect setting for a memorable visit to Ocean City, Maryland. This 2nd level efficiency, one bath unit (walk-up) can sleep two with one queen bed. This unit sits back from the walkway and does not have a view, but still gives you the convenience of being right on the ocean, and steps to the warm, sandy beach. This efficiency unit was recently updated with new laminate flooring and beachy decor. Spend your day relaxing in the sun, and maybe see some dolphins swimming by, while having the convenience of taking an afternoon break at your condo a few steps away. A one-of-a-kind family vacation destination, each condo is individually owned and decorated offering the guest a unique feel and comfortable stay with direct beach access. Enjoy the exclusive private sand patio for grilling, picnics and play, free WiFi, flat screen TVs. Our condos are stocked and ready for you with towels, linens, cookware and utensils. Don't pass up the chance to stay at your home away from home at the beach! Property rents any 2 nights all season. This unit permits up to two dogs, 50lb limit for one pet or 70 lb combined limit for two pets. There is an additional $35.00 per day pet fee. Although pets are allowed all season, absolutely no pets on the private sand patio courtyard. There is a designated pet area supplied with waste bags just a minute's walk away. An on-site laundry room is available for guests at no additional cost from 9am to 5pm. Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping This property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25\.
