The Windjammer Condominiums located ocean front on 46th street offer that wonderful retro Ocean City feel providing the perfect setting for a memorable visit to Ocean City, Maryland. This stand-alone, 2nd floor walk-up condo is located just behind the oceanfront building on the ocean block above the rental office. Sleeping a total of five people, the condo has two bedrooms and one bath with a double in 1st bedroom and a pyramid bunk in the 2nd bedroom. A one-of-a-kind family vacation destination, each unit is individually owned and decorated offering the guest a unique feel and comfortable stay with direct beach access and ocean views. Enjoy the exclusive private sand patio for grilling, picnics and play, free WIFI, flat screen TVs. Our condos are stocked and ready for you with towels, linens, cookware and utensils. This property rents any 3 nights in-season and any 2 nights off-season. Don't pass up on the chance to stay at your home away from home at the beach! This unit permits up to two dogs: 50lb limit for one pet or 70 lb combined limit for two pets. There is an additional $35.00 per day pet fee. Although pets are allowed all season, absolutely no pets on the private sand patio courtyard. There is a designated pet area supplied with waste bags just a minute's walk away. An on-site laundry room is available for guests at no additional cost from 9am to 5pm. Non Smoking/Non Vaping. This property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Full-size bed was very springy and a smidge uncomfortable. Full bed with bunk bed as fine but upper twin was sinking in the middle. Aug 9, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy #### disgusting condo While signing in for our stay, the manager commented this building was built in 1952, and the condo above the office, where we stayed, was in a time warp since 1952\. The bathroom was exceptionally small, the sink was the size of a kitchen prep sink, with NO counter, toilet next to sink, the shower had not been updated since the 50's, and cleaning was not a priority, the build up of dirt, soap etc over the years was evident on the shower base and the old shower door and the dirt and dust on the cleaning items under the sink was very disturbing to see every day. The master bedroom mattress was awful and uncomfortable, there was no room for any storage of clothing, the bedroom with the bunk bed, had the most comfortable mattress, but no storage, just room for an open suitcase. The doors for the bedroom and bathroom doors were bifold doors. The kitchen had working appliances, the counters had conveniently placed ant traps throughout the area, but the ants did not fall prey to these traps. The cobwebs over the refrigerator were accentuated with the dust and dirt for clearer visibility. The dirt and dust behind the couch was three inches deep. The windows and the curtains and the blinds have not been cleaned in a very long time. If I used the hair dryer it blew a fuse. There are three air conditioners in the condo, the master bedroom a/c was not working, and within a day, it was replaced -good- The main TV controls/remotes need replacing and upgrades. ##### cirie d. However, the place itself was very very small. Too much clutter, the oven wasn’t useable, and the main bed was super uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep on. Updated mattress would be great and perhaps no more than 3 adults would fit in the space. Overall the place was just too small for us. The property manager was kind and pleasant. ##### Adam B.
