### 🏖️ Elite and Refinished unit in Adagio Ocean Front Building 🏖️

Come and stay at this beautifully redone side unit in the very popular Adagio oceanfront building! Enjoy your vacation at the beach in this large unit with room for your friends and family. The elevator drops you off almost in the sand, and your favorite restaurants are a short walk away! Full sized indoor pool is yours to enjoy year round. Ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths, with carpet in bedrooms. Tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. Large gourmet kitchen with granite counters offering lots of meal prep space if you choose to stay in. New full sized black stainless appliances will add to your trouble-free stay. Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from the balcony. Located on the 2nd floor with multiple elevators and stairs for easy access.   
  
The large master bedroom has a king bed, access to balcony, large private bath with jetted tub, separate shower and dual sink vanity. The 2nd Bedroom has queen and full beds with private bath. Bedroom 3 has a queen bunk with drawer storage under the bunk. The queen sleep sofa adds to your sleeping options. All bedrooms have HD flat panel TV's. Utility room has full size washer and dryer. Unit comes with 2 reserved parking places with elevator access. Just steps from the condo door is the large heated indoor pool. Beach is only 50 yards away! Come on down, you will love your stay!

\- Convenient shopping across street with Food Mart, Papa John's, Sunsation's, 7-11  
  
What to do in Ocean City MD: Besides the wonderful beach, Ocean City has many amenities including the Jolly Roger amusement and water park, numerous miniature golf locations, and the famous OC Boardwalk which is 32 blocks long and is lined with shops and attractions. It is great for riding bikes before 10am in summer season, and all day Sept-May. It is a famous deep sea fishing location with the featured White Marlin contest each August. There are numerous excellent golf courses that are a few miles away. A great spot for a 3-4 day golf weekend in the spring! Boat and jet ski rentals, fishing trips, dolphin tours, and diving trips are all available. Numerous shopping opportunities including OC outlets and the Delaware Outlets which offer tax free shopping and are about 18 miles north on Coastal Highway. Restaurants, movies, and public parks round out the options.

Condo is clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located in mid town OCMD. There is a light at 59th so you can easily walk across Costal Highway on your way to Fager’s Island, Bad Monkey or down to Mackey’s. We loved it all. The managers are very responsive and helpful. From the very start of our vacation to the very end, we enjoyed everything about renting this condo. Dealing with the management company was super easy and a non-issue. We had a small hiccup at checking in and they quickly rectified it. The condo itself was amazing, clean and everything you could ask for having the indoor pool right next to us with the kids was so convenient! I would highly recommend this place to any family and I would definitely rent it again!

The Adagio is perfectly located in OCMD. Far enough away from downtown to allow for quiet, but close enough to many restaurants and attractions making it convenient.
